Online videos to support self-management. Access to a digital platform (videos, associated handouts/worksheets and mindfulness audio clips) with associated telephone consultations. Live virtual group sessions.
We are collecting activity, PROM and PREM data as well as clinician feedback.
What is needed to sustain the change?
Patients and clinicians continued willingness to engage in digital and virtual offers.

-wondered - is it s closed platform or possible to outsource or access externally as a resource to support other services with less access to pain management experience and support for the people in their care?

Hi Carol, It's a closed platform but we will be developing some new self-management resources and they will be in the public domain. In the meantime, there will be resources relating to reconceptualising pain on the Flipping Pain website, which will be live in 10 days.

Thanks Gail, we are starting our pilot in a couple of weeks and we are collecting our usual set of outcome measures to see how things go in comparison to our face to face groups, happy to share and compare. Thanks for the Flipping Pain website reference
