Developed CPD resource pack to facilitate online staff training
During the pandemic we have developed a resource pack for MSK staff up to date with training.
This includes details for approved online training and webinars eg: HEE courses, consultation skills , FCP training, webinars on red flags , CES, and condition diagnosis and management. This has helped use utilise our CPD time more effectively , focussing our attention on agreed resources. Also by using webinar format we have been able to listen to national experts discuss their topic and then we can debate how their recommendations can be applied locally .
What is needed to sustain the change?
Should this done nationally by developing a central resource of recommended resources , webinars etc

Great idea to have a national resource - logistics of keeping it updated and current and who holds it/ does it are always a challenge but a central repository would be great
