We have needed patient information leaflets and videos for the Paeds VFC which we implemented overnight. WhatsApp communities have been useful to link in with other units to ask for patient information.

Reduction in duplication of workload if able to review and edit other information 

What is needed to sustain the change?

It would be great to have a central resource of verified protocols / policies / leaflets / videos, with permission to use / credit but edit for local guidelines and contact details. 

This could be lead by the societies but maybe better to be done by BOA / NICE or similar.

Looks very comprehensive, thank you. We use referapatient already for our tertiary MTC referrals, this looks like it would integrate this as well? I am sure the problem will be money unfortunately but will explore it. What is your role in it, are you a user or involved in the development?

Thank you. Personally I am involved in the development but some of my team are final year trainees using it in daily practice, so we have good feedback mechanisms for customisation.
